Interest rates fluctuate based on a variety of factors, including inflation, the pace of economic growth, and Federal Reserve policy. Over time, inflation has the largest influence on the level of interest rates. A modest rate of inflation will almost always lead to low interest rates, while concerns about rising inflation normally cause interest rates to increase.
Signed and dated federal tax returns (i.e., 1040s) from the last year, including all schedules. If you receive a Social Security pension or annuity, provide a copy of the awards letter and a copy of a recent benefit check. If you own other real estate, provide a lease/rental agreement, if applicable, and copies of property tax and insurance bills.

Cost the family money over $500 due to the lack of knowledge most other mortgage companies already know. Once the mistake on their part was discovered, then instead of an apology for being human and making a mistake from the broker, we were treated with defensiveness and a lack of assistance. And no regards to hard earned money down the drain.

Sharon was great to work with! Even after I threw her a few curve balls she was patient and understanding the whole way through. She is very personable and keeps everything simple and understandable. I came across Franklin Mortgage over the internet and even though it was not the closest company for me to go with, the reviews were great so I figured I'd give it a try. When it came to closing she offered to come to me so I would not have to drive so far. Closing was fast and everything she told me in the beginning held through and there were not any surprises... Using Franklin Mortgage you will get to know Sharon very well. We found that she really is experience you can trust!! What we Iiked most about Sharon is that she will not only try to get you the best rates available, educate on the most up date loan details and programs out there but most of all just her genuine honest / educational nature. I'm not sure you will find a person with a more energetic, upbeat, lets get it done attitude. I have referred many friends and family. Sharon communicated with us very well and worked through a difficult process with a HARP II Refi. We'd been trying to refi for a couple years with our current lender with no success, but due to Sharon's hard work were able to drop our rate by over 2% and save over $450 per month. We would highly recommend giving Sharon and Franklin Mortgage the chance to help you. When we were able to get this refi done, Sharon seemed as excited about helping us as we were to be helped.
