Each resident responsible for payment will be issued a WIPS eCard containing a unique identification number. Q: How do I pay my rent with a WIPS eCard? Horrible Apartments. Go anywhere in Amarillo and bypass this place. Current Management Team is a Joke! The owners in Nebraska are horrible and don't care. Maint. Dept is OK. Staff is rude. They overcharge and then turn your account over to a Collection Company for False charges months after you move out. I give them a 1/2 star if possible. I will never recommend this joint. Overpriced and continue to raise prices every new lease. Avoid the team of Sarah and Alichia.

Issues started from day one, when I arrived after hours of driving in the morning they didn't have my apartment ready. Had to ask the movers to leave my stuff in this unclean (to the point that the toilet appeared recently used) apartment and they asked me to come back in a few hours while they cleaned it. When I came back they said it was not going to be ready soon and therefore they suggested I stay in the 'model apartment'. Eventually they found another one but I had carry my stuff from one end of the complex to the other. Upon leaving the apartment, I left a forwarding address for any mail

I've lived in Stonegate for a little over a year and a half and I am extremely pleased with my experience here. Rent is competitive, staff communicates well and regularly and grounds are well kept. Sarah went above and beyond to talk me through lease options and meet my needs. I've been impressed with and appreciative of the office's response to COVID-19 with their communication, updates and measures to protect our Stonegate community from a possible outbreak.

I have lived here for about a year now, I plan on renewing soon. This place is great. I feel very safe at this apartment complex and that is very important to my family and I. The office staff is very friendly. Maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manor. I love the school districts as well. GO BONHAM MUSTANGS!!! If you're on the fence, come to the right side!!!

Absolutely love the new staff changes made at Stonegate Apartments! They are more friendly in the office Alichia, Ashley & Sarah are great. Also the maintenance team are always working hard and getting work orders taken care of. I love the location and this area and all the new changes being made at the property. Much Needed!
