After doing a fair amount of research and asking others in the business, I am so grateful we decided to use Asurent as our property management company. In particular, Rick Markel has been outstanding to work with. From the beginning the responsiveness, attention to detail and the tolerance of my 150 questions, the experience has been fabulous. I would recommend going with these folks the next time you are looking for a rental property or if you have property that you would rather not deal with.

They helped me switch over from another property management company that had stopped getting the job done. Everyone at Asurent always took care of whatever need came up.
Rick was my original point of contact and became by my choice the ongongi peraon for anything beyond simple paperwork issues. He served me so well that selling the property and investing in another part of Oregon brought on a type of sorrow for giving up that level of complete contractual satisfaction.

Being a landlord can be very stressful, I worked with Rick on one of my rental properties and he took all the stress and work of leasing, managing, and advertising away. He is very knowledgeable about the rental market and can make the process of renting out your property as easy as it can be! From the beginning Rick was a huge help. I found the apartment by chance and was approved within 2 weeks. Was moved not even a month after I submitted my application. When I moved out Rick went in and didn’t cheat me out of anything like most places will. He not only got me my full deposit back but is also getting my check sent out earlier than normal. Great customer service and a great company with one great person.

I highly recommend Asurent Property Management! Stefanie Dr Kessel made the process of finding a home to rent a pleasant experience. I had looked at other properties listed with other property management companies and was so disappointed by them, that after meeting with Stefanie, I decided that this was the only property management company that I wanted to work with. I have been extremely impressed by the prompt response to phone calls, texts and emails.
