Koerber's (Pronounced ker-bers for everyone guessing at home) is a fine jewelry store located in New Albany, Indiana that has been family owned & operated for over 30 years. The founding owners Michael & Felecia Koerber, set out to sell the highest quality diamonds and jewelry at very competitive prices and they found it was a winning formula and one that they still abide by even today.
Koerber's will pay you 20% more than the daily value of the items if you trade-in your gold or diamonds for store credit. We provide 100% "Peace of Mind" with every purchase. Some people want to buy the biggest diamond possible. Is this always the right choice? The larger the diamond, chances are the more inclusions it likely has, and because it's larger, these inclusions are typically even more visible than on a smaller diamond. But most importantly, if the diamond cut isn't proportioned correctly, it won't return the maximum amount of light through the top of the diamond.

Wont ever return to this store. Went here to purchase product for my wife. Im no expert but received snobby responses on any of the questions I ask. they didn’t even want to take time out to show me things. I wanted to put the warranty in my wife’s name and the worker argued with me that I shouldn’t and that my credit card needs to be in my name. I told her I’m paying cash. Very poor service. To top it off I tip $10 and the worker notices my total comes to 300.05 and starts asking people if they have 5 cents for me as if I didn’t have enough to pay. I said just give me the change. I don’t

We walked in and were greeted, we were looking for wedding bands. We had purchased the engagement ring from another jewelry store. The salesperson was able to match the wedding band and engagement ring perfectly and in just a few minutes. The prices were very affordable with great quality and service. As always we were pleasantly greeted upon entering and found ourselves amongst many familiar faces ready to assist! We had come to take advantage of Koerber's free cleaning service on all my fiancés jewelry we have purchased from there! Also one of her earrings had been losing its back regularly and they were able to fix it on the spot to ensure the back won't come off again unless taken off! While browsing waiting for the repair and cleaning we of course found another lovely ring for her and made the purchase making my fiancé very happy as always!
