I lived here for two years while getting my Master's Degree. I moved from Tennessee (over 10 hours away) and the management was so welcoming. They knew me by name and were always so helpful. Maintenance was very responsive. Would be in to fix any issues the next day. Facilities (gym, pool, landscaping, etc) are kept VERY clean and well managed. I never had any issues with bugs, noise, or otherwise. Absolutely nothing negative to say. 10/10 recommend

After renting a townhome owned by a landlord who had no interest in cleaning up or repairing her property, I was left with having to move for the 3rd time in 4 months and finding a new place in less than 30 days. After researching, viewing, calling and considering the 1 bedrooms that were available in the area, I chose Plantation Crossing because of the location, amenities, size of the apartments and the monthly rent being reasonably priced compared to others nearby. We moved in last month. Everyone here is friendly. The maintenance crew is outstanding. All employees are friendly and helpful. My son loves the pool and my wife is taking advantage of the workout equipment, tanning, and sauna.
Pretty quiet here have not heard any loud noises. There are two ponds to enjoy, pet friendly spaces, and a full park/dog park just down the road.

After living here for a year, I posted a review that had good and bad things included. However, upon living at my current apartment and dealing with Plantation crossings after moving out, I will say that it is a decent place. We had a few hiccups with neighbors being way too loud and the courtesy officer not being very effective in changing that… (not his fault that the residents didn’t listen) but management has been kind about our payment plan to replace carpets and repair things. There is a chance we’d return especially being that this apartment was the most handicapped one

The management does nothing when you call and complain about anything. They take your rent check and that’s it. Neighbors are extremely noisy all hours of the night up until 3:30 am even and when the courtesy officer is called - still nothing happens. They say they’ll do something i.e. call said neighbors and talk to them about the noise level - if… they actually do is another deal entirely. I’ve probably called over 30 separate times within the last 3 months and NOTHING has been done. They answer the phone, listen to you then hang up. They do NOT care. If you need something

After searching for apartments for a few weeks, I was able to visit Plantation Crossing yesterday and I felt right at home. The apartments were nice and the property was very clean and well manicured. Gabi was… so wonderful and sweet! She made the process so easy for me as a first time apartment tenant. I am so excited and can't wait to move in to this complex. Thanks Gabi!!!!
