Let me start by saying Kelly is an awesome manager! She is always there to listen to all my concerns and always so helpful with any questions I have for her. Always follows up to make sure all your concerns were taken care of. The maintenance guy Angel is awesome as well. Always takes care of any issues you have and takes care of them right away.

I love my apartment, the location, and the set up ! The manager "Kelly" literally made my move in process the easiest I could've ever imagined. She's super patient and is very helpful. She responds in a timely matter. And not to mention....my view is amazing 😍, the maintenance is good as far as I know everything has been great for me . I LOVE IT HERE !

Central Park Apartments is a decent place to stay... the biggest complaint I have is that the hot water is almost non existent!!!
3 mins of hot water, 10 mins on a good day then boom cold water for the next 4-6 hours....Even If I leave for a weekend the day I come back water is barely luke warm..
The maintenance guy is pretty good, but he’s only guy.
Space and layout of the apartment is great, parking is pretty good and the overall experience is 7/10

Quite frankly I cannot articulate the deplorable conditions at this location it enough. Living here has been an absolute nightmare. Watch out MONEY HUNGRY PROPERY MANAGEMENT. The staff intentionally creates unnecessary situations resulting in erroneous fees and charges. There is absolutely no professionalism, courtesy or consideration. Please, live here if you want to pay to much to have ZERO amenities, poor management and no real maintenance.

I have lived in these apartments for 3 years. I would say the best thing about this place is the manager (Carrie). She has been here about 2 and a half years and she has completely changed this place for the better. She makes sure that the gates are closed EVERY night! I feel completely safe here. She has made so many positive change including the clientele. I see her in the evenings and weekends walking and picking up trash and is very friendly always. It seems every time I see something that needs to be done, it’s already fixed before I had time to call. She pays attention to all the details

Best apartment complex in mesquite! Very safe and family friendly! It is always so quiet and I have never experienced any issues. Carrie is amazing at what she does and really cares for her residents! Apartments are always well kept and I have never seen a bug, or roach inside my apartment! You cannot go wrong when choosing Central Park as your new home!

I really love this Apartment Complex. Hidden in a residential area with a great school walking distance. I moved in over a year ago. Everything Carrie (Manager) told me , was absolutely true! Very quiet and hard to beat the rent! Carrie has always been very friendly and personable. Security seems to be really great here too! No issues. I see police that lives here walking at night. Very comfortable with that . Thanks Central Park for making my home so enjoyable and I will be staying another year at least. Also, glad to know Manager is back! Seems people abide the rules better when Manager is here

I moved into Central Park 4 months ago. Carrie showed me the apartment and even though it was a little higher than I wanted to pay, I leased there due to her constant persistence and kindness. I knew based on that the service would be outstanding! And after months have gone by, I was exactly right. Every time I need something, Carrie has helped me and made me feel like she really appreciates me. I certainly did not have this service at my previous complex. The pool is always so inviting and clean. The property at night is so quiet and beautiful! I have told my friends about it and are on a waiting
