A few years ago I was with Kathy. I got into a new relationship & my partner wanted us to start up with a new agent. It was a disaster, we were lied to they messed up our accounts numerous times. I remember Kathy had treated me well so I asked if she would take me back. She took me back & fixed everything. She & her staff were so kind to me & my partner in taking us back. I really appreciate her. She is amazing. I am grateful for her & her staff. State Farm is lucky to have her be a representative for them.

Matt is the MVP of my insurance team. Out of all the companies I have and have dealt with, Matt has been hands down the helpful person I’ve worked with. I’ve talked with a few other people in that office as well, they’re all awesome people. They definitely let you know you’re a valued customer, I feel like as a customer that’s an important aspect. Awesome people for sure 10/10

I'm impressed by the level of service. Patty in Kathy's office helped me with my first insurance claim and I was impressed with the care I was given. I'll never be able to quite replace what was stolen but I know that State Farm has my back. I was quite upset and everyone I talked to were very sensitive and thoughtful and I can't thank them enough.
