UBreakiFix did not carry the parts we needed to fix our 2 iPhone SE's. So, I called FixNcell. I reached a live person in seconds, who told me they have the parts in stock. A few hours later we had two fixed phones! I loved the fact they came to our house and repaired in their vehicle. Not only was it fast & convenient, the price was extremely reasonable. I cannot be happier with the service this company offers. More people need to know about this business!

Verizon sent me to UbreakIfix and it was a three hour waste of my time. While I was in line at the poorly run business, I googled other options and found this one. I got in the same day for less money than it would’ve been at UbreakIfix. Also, there was a problem with the screen that was replaced on one of the phones and Javan came back the next day and reinstalled it at no extra cost. This is definitely going to be my go to business for any phone repairs!

I had the gentleman come to my home to fix the broken screen. He was on time and did replace it. A short week later y phone stopped working all together. I have called, text and emailed several times with no response at all. I had to take my phone to be repaired at a different company where I was told the screen was faulty. I tried once again to reach out to the company for a refund or to help repair it and still no response. The lack of attention is unprofessional! I do not recommend this company.

If i could rate no stars i would. Paid the guy Javon to fix iPhone 11 screen and he stated he would be able to & gave it back to me dead saying to call him if anything & the battery test came out good. phone kept going on & off so i called for him to come fix & told me to set another appointment & no showed THREE TIMES. I couldn’t believe i was robbed $169. Never do business here

Came into FixNCell roughly about a 2 months ago. Needed to fix my cracked screen. When I came in he notified me that for my 5SE it would be $90 for the screen. (I've never payed more than $60 since its an older model) I asked him if he could work with me since it was my first time, he said no. I asked nicely if he could at least throw in a screen protector since the price was steep, he said no. In a rude way he said "these are standard prices around here"(I work in customer service, and good friendly service is one of the most important things that can set your business apart from

My experience was excellent. Friendly staff and unbelievably fast service as I waited in fact. Less than an hour to fix my iPhone 6s screen and install a screen protector for just 10$. Crazy!!!
No waiting in line at Apple store and paying ridiculous prices including the time wasted to get your phone back.
I work in law enforcement and needed my phone fixed quickly and with less hassles as possible. I believe FixNcell is the best kept secret and needs to be recognized more for alternative solutions.
There rating is beyond great everywhere I looked. Just make an appointment and get it fixed. No

Update from my previous review. I put a tempered glass screen on my phone as soon as I got the new screen. In less than a week my new screen cracked UNDER the tempered glass screen (no drops, bumps, nothing - just cracked). I did not realize it was the actual screen and thought it was the tempered glass doing its job. The crack spread and I decided to take off the protector and replace it. Imagine my shock when my entire screen became a spiderweb of cracks! I went back to them and found they use cheap glass (said OEM was too expensive and I should just get a new phone if I wanted it!) and

Okay everything about this was great but one thing! The guy working there was sooo not friendly. I would have given 5 stars if he was a little nicer. But other than that I immediately got an appointment after I cracked my entire screen and it was fixed within 30 minutes. $109 for m phone which was absolutely worth it. Definitely go here to get your phone fixed!!

I made the appointment on line and saved $10. Which, just happens to be the cost of a glass screen protector from him for my 6s.
I was in n out in under 20 min, and that was with two people coming in and two phone calls.
The guy knew what he was doing and it was pretty obvious. So, I felt pretty comfy with him working on my phone.
Everything works fine and no complaints.

**Update based on comment: To clarify, I definitely did not take my phone out in the midst of a heavy rainstorm -- it was a light drizzle at best and the phone was in my pocket as I've kept it many times before in similar conditions without any issue. I would think if I really had a severe water event as suggested my phone wouldn't work at all, which is not the case -- I actually brought up my concern about the seepage because I wanted to understand why I had any water damage at all when this had never been an issue previously. The other issues (overheating, etc), minus the streaking
