Very unprofessional staff. Do not use this company. They will lie to you and give you false information. They told me I was covered on an insurance policy when I wasn't and thankfully I found out before it was too late. I also dared to ask for information in writing and that's what started the end of my professional relationship with this company. I am trying to get a new agent as I type this review, but Cusack is holding policy documents hostage. They had no issue giving out any information until I asked for their information in writing and I asked "what does an insurance agent
