Customer service was great! I spoke with Weronika about getting car insurance in the past and she was very knowledgeable. I wasn't sure exactly what plan would suit me best in terms of price vs benefits but she explained to me the pros and cons of each. This not only better equipped me to make a decision but educated me so I know what I'm looking at in the future. Highly recommend for your insurance needs!

Weronika is very knowledgeable and will get you the best rate possible! I’ve been with state farm since i was 16 years old and being a young and new driver, rates are high, but i received the best rate with amazing coverage. Now 5 years later, my rates are 2x lower due to good driver with the best coverage. I called around just recently (shopping around) to get other quotes from other agency’s and there still quoting me an enormous number! I definitely recommend state farm for your new drivers in the house and Weronika is your girl to help you out!!

I switched over from Allstate a few years ago and have not been disappointed. My rates for the same coverage and vehicles are a lot lower than before and they stay consistent. Overall, if you are considering in switching insurance companies I’d give them a try and would recommend contacting Weronika . However, I have dealt with other employees at this location and have not been let down.

I have been insured with Rich’s agency over the past few years and I am so happy that I made the switch from Allstate. His team is very kind and well educated on the policies that they offer! Great customer service. They take care of you like family. The office has knowledgeable workers that do not try to just sell you on a policy, but rather educate you and look out for your family needs. Always happy to help when I call. Never have any issues with my insurance and I transferred to bundle up everything together AND got a great quote. Can’t beat this anywhere these days! Thank you
