Courtney is still best, along with her co-worker, Kelli! A situation I never thought I'd be in happened, and their sympathy, understanding, guidance and handling are much appreciated. Wish I could say the same for State Farm's Claims Department who don't seem to keep their records updated as quickly as should be, but hey, it helps to have an initial action team on your side. My dad is 80 years old and though she is insured with a different agency Sammy was super sweet and called people to help figure out about a claim my family had. Their office really goes above and beyond for ANYONE. Go to them for all your insurance needs.

The Bryan Kovach office of State Farm in Oak Lawn is one of the friendliest and kindest group of people that I've had the pleasure of doing business with for many, many years! Bryan Kovach himself is a great person to work with, who was proactive in adjusting my insurance when my personal car was "barn parked" for the winter.
The staff there is also helpful and nice! Kelli B especially - she's a joy to talk to and while the conversation is professional, the call and chat makes it feel like it's a friendly neighbor checking in on you.
You can't go wrong with going with this State Farm office!

It is my birthday today and I just got the absolute best and sweetest call from one Samantha Rosario wishing me a happy birthday. I have never received such a kind and cheerful, all around wonderful call from a company like that before. It was such an amazing pleasure to speak with her that it just made my day. I’ve been dealing with this office for a number of years. . The office team there has been nothing short of amazing on customer service! Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, they work with you and make sure customer satisfaction is always achieved. Also, their rates are extremely competitive.
