Shenandoah Properties has been amazing! Ty, Sandi, and Devon are so friendly and attentive anytime we needed them. Chris and Bob in the maintenance department are awesome! Anytime we had any issues with the unit they were right there to respond and they would always stop and say hello to our beagle, Millie.
Appointments are preferred, so our leasing staff can make sure the right unit is available to show you. Photos are available of every type of floorplan, however! Our office located on-site and is very accessible, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. If you provide all the necessary documents at time of application, approval decisions are usually made in 48 business hours.

This is an amazing complex to live at. Throughout my stay I experienced no issues. Staff is extremely caring and respectful, as well as accommodating to all needs and questions. I lived in a new unit on Happy Valley Ter and loved having an ice maker and a clean updated space. The community is quiet and there’s always parking. I will recommend this community to all friends/family/acquaintances always. They took care of me, as I know they will you!

Sandi and the ladies in the office were always pleasant with me. The building was the newer apartments and they were beautiful. I was sad to go, but things come up out of my hands. I will miss it dearly and hope whoever moves in after takes as good of care of it as I did. Oh the maintenance is excellent. The maintenance guy came out on a Sunday go fix something, that's unheard of. Thanks for all the good memories.

I just move into this apartment few days ago. I’ve searched a lot of apartments in West Lafayette and Lafayette, however this property is so great and wonderful. Very comfortable place to live. There is Target nearby and very convenient. Also, manager is so kind. Maintenace service is very quick and is professional. Don’t hesitate for considetation! This place is really good!

I've lived here for 8 months now and I absolutely LOVE this place. It is the perfect starter apartment for young adults. The prices and quality are really great compared to similar ones around the Lafayette area. I have had zero issues since I have moved in, except for small things like a drippy sink, but the maintenance is amazing and fixed it the next day. He is super quick and does good work. I also NEVER hear my neighbors, the walls are really well insulated and sound proofed, which is hard to find in apartments. It's a nice quiet complex too!
