Nice place to live if you’re not a minority, the property managers are extremely rude and almost never present when needed. Our water pressure was so bad the toilet barely flushed, our dishwasher leaked and among other things I was assaulted and cut inside the building by a non resident after the incident they kicked me and my 6 months pregnant girl friend out stating that I was “A clear and present danger to the community” without doing any type of investigation. I definitely would not recommend renting.

Lived here for 4 years, which in itself speaks to how satisfied I was living here. Christine is an awesome property manager who’s extremely timely and responsive. Best apartments I’ve ever lived in by far and I know my neighbors have all said they’re very content and happy with how riverpoint runs their operations.

They claim to accept Section 8. Part of the requirements are that the bedroom have a window. I was told the lofts do not have a bedroom window, so section 8 won't approve. It's a really shady way to deny deserving people of a place to live. Not everyone makes a ton of money and can afford somewhere decent without some help. This is River Point's way of denying housing services

I have lived here almost three years and love it! the wood floors, high ceilings and brick walls are so cozy. The downtown location is perfect, I can walk everywhere, but it's a few blocks back from the bars so it's not too noisy. The building requires a key fob or code for entry, and I appreciate that it's so secure. Ample parking too!

I've lived here since July & love it. Any issues I have had in the apartment are handled promptly. Only small negative would be the sound from the hall to the apartments (and vice versa) carries. Not very sound proof. I live on the bottom floor and don't ever really have an issue with the tenant above me though.
