This place really messed up my birthday cake and has since blocked me from social media and is refusing to refund my money. The details are as follows:
I ordered a photo cake and 2 doz cookies with my face on it. (Cookies were fine, thankfully) Spoke in excess to the person on IG and got it all handled there.
Cake arrives (on time) and I'm immediately thrown off. There is a huge border that was never discussed and was hiding a sizable part of my face. I msged the account minutes after and let them know there was an issue. There were pink and random aqua green sprinkles and pearl things stuck
