Today I came in for gluten free and regular cupcakes. The gentleman who served me was attentive and helpful, and I believe he may be the owner. I asked my tiny tarot cards about the vibe of the bakery and the queen of pentacles jumped out. It made sense, because the way that he handed me the bag was like it contained priceless treasure. Considering I got my Halloween themed wedding cake here, I wouldn't disagree.

We hired Hansen’s Cakes to provide carrot cake cupcakes for our mother-in-law’s 100th birthday party. Hansen’s has many options to suit your preferences. Guests thought the cupcakes were delicious and just the right size to have after a feast of a meal. Working with Hansen’s Cakes took some patience on my part. If you get put on hold after calling them, do not hang up! They will get to your call and be very professional about taking your order. We were especially pleased with Hansen’s because they delivered to our party venue on time on a Sunday afternoon.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this bakery lately. I emailed them regarding a cake I’m looking to buy and I never received a reply. I called a couple of days after sending the email and it was difficult to get an answer. When I finally got someone on the phone, he told me the emails are answered in the order received, so I’d just have to wait. A week went by and still no response to the email. I tried calling again and no one answers. I completely understand I’m not the only customer, but I’d think a week to reply to an email is pretty generous. So I’ve decided to shop other bakeries

Thank you for the many many of great service. I’ve been a loyal Hansen’s Bakery patron for well over 30 years, with over 500 cakes under my belt. I want to thank the very very nice Jennifer for assisting with my Son’s Starwars Cake and the epic design.
Hansens Cakes, hands-down has the best cakes in the whole entire state of California, possibly nationwide but the customer service stand out even further. Jennifer is my ONE & ONLY go to person besides Mr Hanses.

Me and my family have been getting cakes here for generations but Whoever Wendy is that works at Hansen’s that answers the phone to take orders at the fairfax location is very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Not only did she have an attitude and tried to rush me through my order she hung up on me after I politely asked to speak to someone else. She Clearly needs a reality check, everyone has things going on in there lives but basic customer service skills means leave it at the door come to work to work not be a b****. although I received an apology from management it’s clear this

After dining at Annie's, I decided to walk around Little Ethiopia but I didn't have to go far as I found Hansen's cake showroom next door. I looked around and admired all the cake displays while wondering where the cupcakes were. I asked a staff member who told me that it's two doors down. It's pretty interesting to find out that a business would have two different shops separated from each other. No big deal because it was just a few steps away.
