Ron was personable, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. We lucked out in that the home he inspected for us is in really good condition and there wasn’t much for him to report as deficient but I undoubtedly know he did everything he could to find even the smallest area of concern. Tri - County Inspections does a great job! They are very professional, and give a great report. They educate buyers during the home inspection, so they understand what issues a home might have, or things to just keep an eye on for future maintenance. Sometimes home inspections can be scary, but when you have a great inspector it makes the process much easier and enjoyable! Tri-County goes above and beyond! :-)

Ron Paul is a fantastic inspector. He was extremely professional and he answered all our questions. He was friendly and took his time explaining things that he was going to cover. We've moved a couple times in the last couple years and there are other inspector's out there that flat out don't compare to Ron in the slightest. We appreciated his willingness to be transparent. He covered the extended warranty options at the end of the session which we very much appreciated. Top notch company and top notch inspection. I would highly recommend Ron Paul to anyone looking to buy a home in need of an inspection
