He was very responsive, and helped schedule our inspection to make sure it met our deadline. David was able to schedule me in for an inspection on short notice for a next day appointment. He has a very positive attitude, is completely professional, does a thorough job, is happy to explain things and answer any questions from myself and my clients and is overall fun.
We finished the inspection at almost 7pm and the report was emailed to me the next morning at 8am.

We had a short timeframe in which to have our condo inspection completed, and David was able to meet our deadline with time to spare. His inspection reports were easy to understand and very thorough.
