Their inspector was very good and had the report in quickly but they sell your personal information to a third party called Porch Home Assistant who will call you and email you nonstop offering moving services. Apparently some of it is included with you inspection but they wouldn’t be trying to contact me nonstop after the service “expired” if there wasn’t something in it for them.

One word: Professionals. As newlyweds making the biggest investment of our lives, my wife and I were pretty nervous going into a new house, in a new city that we knew very little about. The folks at House to Home were not only great at the inspection, they gave us peace of mind moving forward with fabulous warranties and they educated us on the whole process. Nick was Great! Saved me thousands of dollars when we negotiated with the sellers. He was recommended from our realtor on a list with two other companies, but after comparing the other companies I chose House to Home because they offered to come back and check that the items that were called out in the report had been fixed properly. Nick was early to our appointment. Very professional. He inspected absolutely everything! From the crawl space to the attic. Every out building roof, window. Absolutely everything! He was very thorough and methodical to his inspection . Pointing out items that were small and just need to be known to items that may need attention in the future to potential issues now

No one really tells you that home inspections are aggressively boring, but with Scott as the inspector he made those hours go by quickly because he is very informative, very thorough, and good sense of humor.
If Scott found an issue he brought it to my attention and put it in his notes. The turnaround between the inspection and when I got the report was less than 16 hours. I highly recommend House to Home Inspections.

Nick was fantastic! He was efficient and thorough both on the interior and exterior of the residence.
