I've been ordering from this place for years and love their food. Unfortunately, the "manager" Ashley is so blatantly rude, dishonest, and unprofessional that I will no longer be supporting this business.
My father called to place an order for large subs. Shortly after, he received a call back from Ashley, who informed him that they were out of large rolls and suggested medium subs instead. I was witness to this entire exchange and can confirm that my father was nothing short of pleasant.
1) He asked the price difference between the large subs and the medium.

I'm glad someone else posted about that girl Ashley. I've had several unpleasant experiences with her and she genuinely does not care what you have to say. She has no interest in providing any sort of positive customer experience. She talks down to customers, cuts them off while they're speaking, and has no problem twisting the facts to make it seem like she's being harassed.
Such a nasty, mean-spirited person.
The owner seriously need to let her go.

Been ordering from here for quite a few years and I have to say it is up and down. Seems like corners are being cut and consistency is here and there. Not saying that it’s bad just saying it seems on what day you order and who’s preparing it depends on how good the meal is need more cohesiveness get that together it’s 5stars

Both my mother and I love the wings. They are the largest around. She prefers them battered, I enjoy them any which way. I usually like to get the calzone and wing deal. This is the only place that offers deals with calzones or anything other then pizza deals which is why I started ordering through them. I recently had the pizza which was good too. My only wish is that there was an option to pay in cash at the time of pick up when ordering online. I don't like to put things on cards if I don't have to.
