Client, a U.S. citizen residing in Louisiana, filed I-130 Petitions for his wife and her minor child, who are citizens of Cambodia. His I-130 Petitions were approved by the USCIS. Unfortunately, his wife and her minor child were denied immigrant visas by the U.S. Embassy, who wrongly accused Client and his wife that their marital relationship was not bona fide.

I have searched many places up and down left to right whom have ridiculous overcharge fees and hidden fees. I finally found Vitthara Tan office which nearby my residence which was a plus. I called the number and immediately Mr. Tan answered my questions and was upfront about his services and charges. Made an appointment and Ms. Ly was right on it. Friendly and professional. She gave us the steps and procedures on how to file. We were accepted and approved for GC. Three years later my husband is now a US Citizen. We couldn't be any happier. Thanks for all you do.

Went to this law firm several times and am very satisfied with their services. The receptionist is friendly and the attorney is very attentive to my concerns. He explains everything thoroughly, which exceeds my expectation. It's a pleasure talking to the attorney. I had a car accident case there before also and received a huge settlement amount. I highly recommend this law firm, especially for car accidents, divorces and immigration cases.

I was referred to Mr. Tan by a former high school classmate. Mr. Tan helped me through a long and difficult Business related court battle. Through the two years that I had to deal with the case, I could always trust Mr. Tan to billed me fairly. During the trial, it was very satisfying to see him drilled and cornered the other side. Worst attorney ever. Went to him for my child support and custody case because the other party wasn't letting me see my child. All he did was filed paper work with the court and when we went to court the judge had to take the case "off calender" because it was not done correctly. He advised me to pay the other party a lot more then what i was paying. He seem to be more of a mediator then anything. He does not fight for you and he was agreeing to everything that the other party was asking for. Got a new attorney name Paul J Duron. A whole lot better then this one. After talking to
