Came to Arizona with my daughter's small Q3 and could hardly fit inside with the four of us plus the luggage and a golf club. Thankfully Audi Gilbert saves the day. Dustin went out of his way to call the other Audi dealer at Scottsdale to get the roof box and base carrier parts. Got it installed and now have the space to freely move around and a comfortable travel going back to Cali. Thank you Dustin and colleagues of Audi Gilbert for the great service!!

Had service done by Audi chandler and came here because I live so much closer to them to turn off the service due light since it seems chandler forgot to do so. Audi gilbert said it was a liability for them to turn it off for me. They could check the system and tell there is nothing wrong to turn it off. They stuck by their “liability” statement. Clearly this dealer is only after money.
I would avoid this place and just go to Audi chandler. At least Audi chandler will work with people and isn’t all about the money.

Went in to pick up some floor mats I ordered from the parts center for my car and the person working the counter couldn't stay off his phone to barely even help me. Even when he did got off his phone he was very short with me and rude for no reason considering I was the only customer in there. Sure makes it hard to want to shop local when they act like that, may as well take business to another dealer or an online one.

Ahamed was an amazing salesman at Audi Gilbert. He has a ton of knowledge about cars in general and knew everything about the 2022 Audi e-tron we purchased. He was very easy to talk to and was not pushy at all. To top it off, we decided we were going to come back the following day to make the purchase and he happily came in on his day off to make everything happen. My name is Sean Spedding. I dealt with Gilad, Rich, Trevor, & Tony. They charged me $97k on a Audi rs3 that has a msrp of $57k. I had about $10k in additional protection added but nothing that warranted a $40k price hike. My credit score was 700, from purchasing a house & opening two credit cards, which does not warrant the astronomically high loan rate. I cleared this up by refinancing through BofA & saved my self $20k after the added packages like platinum protection.

Purchased my certified pre owned Q3 at this dealership a few months ago. This SUV is great so far and a very smooth ride. A week ago, however, the handle on the glove compartment fell off unexpectedly. I brought the vehicle to the dealership, and the girl who assisted me was awesome. She made sure the service would be covered by the warranty, ordered the part right away, and scheduled the appointment at a convenient time for me. She went beyond the call of duty to help me out, which is not that common at dealerships.

The dealership experience I had was awesome. My sales person was Max Rolerson and I could not have asked for a better sales person. He told me everything up front and did not try to hide anything or try and tactics to get me to buy anything more than I wanted or needed. I would highly recommend Max if you visit.
As a young professional making my first actual purchase of a car, I had significant frustrations with the Finance team in getting that setup, so beware there (I was there an extra 3 hours and needed to run home to get a pay slip in order to get this done).

Contacted a sales person Ahamed Barakath regarding a used car last night at around 6pm. Was told it was available. I asked if we could put a deposit to hold it since we were on the very west side of Phoenix. He told me we had several options, but I also told him I had a pre-approval from my credit union, but was willing to see if they could get me a lower rate. Just now leaving the dealership, where my friend went through the WORST customer service I have witnessed. Tori, the sales rep, had taken his credit app, supplied him the numbers, my frienr asked if he needed to put anything down and he said no! My fiend text him and said that we were on the way, and Tori replied, "I'll have it ready for us." Drove 35 minutes to get here and then we were informed oh, sorry but we just sold that car. Awful! Made a deal with Evan Synder over the phone as the costco rep. Deal was with no money down. All reviewed last night on the phone. Drive 35 miles to meet at 2pm. Not only was he not ready for me, but he tried to use the old bait and switch tactic and now get me a downpayment of $3000.
To make matters worse, the Sales Manager tried to blame it on me and a lack of communication.
Matters like this that make the whole auto industry have a bad reputation. This was right out of the movie "used cars". Pretty slimy. Go elsewhere, find someone who is upfront and does not pull

Mike and Al from Service and Parts went above and beyond!
They made sure I was taken care of from first phone conversation to exiting the building!
Mike ordered my part, gave me a call first thing in the morning to let me know it was in (on time) and was very professional and customer focused during all our interactions.
When I went to pick up the piece, Mike was at lunch, and Al picked up on my experience to make me one very satisfied Audi driver!
Both took time to listen to me, be super helpful, and not once made me feel like they thought they were dealing with a "dumb blonde" which
