I am so glad Troy responded! His responds and this new update should tell anyone looking at these ratings what they need to know about this place. I don't have a daughter with a truck. I don't know why he assumed that was the case. He is Bold I'll say that. He was nice enough to say "I wish we could work for free", and to that I'll reply I wish you would properly train your employees on communication with your customers that way I wouldn't mind paying. I use to love this place. The communication and the honestly of the office was great. I recommend my daughter take her car there because I trusted them. Kyle continuously told her the car was being worked on this went in for 3 days. I took her down there and they never started. If Kyle would have been honest and say the car won't be ready for a week we would have understood and made arrangements. But he kept saying saying yeah I'll do this today. We left the car on a Thursday and he told us everyday day it would be put in the computer to tell us what was wrong. That didn't happen

I've taken my car here several times for various repairs and oil/fluid changes. The employees are always friendly and professional. I feel that the prices are more than fair for the work and the mechanics are honest people.
I had an issue with a part that goes to my tire and they told me while they could fix it, it would cost much more than a tire repair shop. I really trust Bays. They never try to convince me to spend more than I need to - if they tell me that I need a repair I know that it's really true. They have told me on more than one occasion that I don't really need an expensive repair, but they make sure that I stay safe and take care of the real stuff. They also don't charge you for every little thing like some places do. If you want a place you can trust, I would definitely pick them!!

Great place for honest, professional care. The mechanics are all great gentlemen and people people. They're very good for diagnostics and advice, won't bug you to spend more than you need to. I wish I could them 100 stars because that's the level of service I always experience with them. Thomas is wonderful! If I could request to only be seen by him each time, I would because he's THAT awesome. He's got the best attitude I've ever seen in a mechanic. He did not try to upswell me on anything. When I was fearing that I would need to replace my brakes, he checked them and fixed the squeak sound without trying to sell me new ones. As a woman who doesn't mess around with auto stuff much, I appreciate it more than he probably knows.

In addition to mechanical work, Kyle did major restoration work on my 2001 Honda CRv. I was planning to get a paint job, but he did some magic that makes my white car look like it has a brand new finish. My bumpers are BLACK, and anyone who has an old CRv knows that no product changes the faded grey back to black. He restored the chipping window trim, painted the rusting wheels, and more. I highly recommend Kyle for vehicle restoration.

We chose Bays because they were half mile away from my husband's job (for our only car), and because they have great reviews. Now we know why! I had been sold a vehicle that was completely unacceptable to sell from a dealership (Drive Now). DN would not help or respond in any attempts I tried over months to do business properly. Since my vehicle was not safe to drive, I brought it to Bays.

First time I came into today to get an oil change on my wife's Jeep. They were very welcoming and took the car to get worked on right away. By the time I seat down they were calling me up to get me processed because the car was almost done. The fastest oil change in the West!!! They also filled up my tires to the right pressure. I will be coming back to bring in my car and they didn't try to up sell anything. It's hard to find a great auto shop but I think I did.
