My goal is about bringing clarity and lightness to my clients' body and whole being. I am a caring teacher who is both fierce and gentle in my approach. My wisdom and curiosity about people enable me to discover my clients' truth and mirror it back to them. I have a resiliency about me that clients often absorb and adopt into their own lives.

I am passionate about fitness and have dedicated my career to helping people learn about their bodies and get fit through the practice of strength training, functional exercise, flexibility and nutrition. I have a remarkable ability in being able to know what my clients need are when they walk into a session so that each hour is designed specifically towards those needs.

Lisa is an amazing trainer and person. I have been working with her at my home for over a year. She is attuned to me needs and goals by developing unique workouts focused on strength, flexibility, and nutrition. She has also helped me design a gym in my home.
I highly recommend Lisa if you are thinking of working with a trainer at home or at the private gyms .

Rotator cuff and knee injuries are not fun. I was hesitant to have a personal trainer as I didn’t think I could do much of anything. I’m so happy I met Lisa. My range of motion has really improved. She finds ways to make the exercise work for you and deliver the results. Lisa came to my home and always left with me feeling better. Awesome trainer, can’t say enough about her.

I moved to Palm Springs about two years ago. One of my first tasks was finding a trainer. Several friends recommended Lisa after I described issues with an aging body, poor nutrition, and a lack of mindfulness. Thank goodness for friends because she has truly been a blessing. Lisa performed a full assessment so we could have a baseline from which to build change as well as monitor it. I simply don’t understand how other trainers can train without this. I’ve never enjoyed weight training, bootcamps, or group physical activities until training with Lisa in the park. She really tailors the workout for each individual, and she has a holistic approach to fitness, including value of diet, yoga, etc

I've been training with Lisa for over two years now. I take two group circuit sessions and one personal training session per week, and they're worth every minute. She keeps the training interesting and varied, and her tone is encouraging and attentive. The work I'm doing with her has also had a positive impact on my other physical activities, like yoga. I trust Lisa, and appreciate her many decades of experience with body building and overall fitness.
