Services
Five Star Fitness offers certified personal trainers who are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals by providing quality, individualized training. Your trainer will motivate, support, and monitor your progress. He/She will guide you through exercise techniques to integrate fitness into your everyday lifestyle.
Fit and Firm is a class that is great for all ages. You can go at your own pace. It's a full body workout starting from the bottom and working your way up it ranges from 30 second to 60 second intervals using dumbbells, straight bars, steps, and other workout equipment. Senior Fitness is a class great for all ages but geared toward the senior population.

This place is in shambles, equipment is used and not maintained at all, attachments for the machines are kept behind the desk and are in horrendous condition, the water is undrinkable, the bathrooms are not in working order, the place is constantly under "renovation" repairs seem shoddy and cheaply done, not a single fire extinguisher you can see on the property has been inspected in YEARS, the floors are in terrible condition, the stairs are warped, the elevator doesn't work, they false advertise all over town about amenities they don't have, all while charging you a premium rate, the bathrooms

Great gym plenty of personal trainers available if that's your thing otherwise they have a good selection of machines and weights. Always kept very clean. The senior social class with John is friendly and inviting, the senior strong with Daniel is a great class to get a bit more strength training in, and the abdominal blast with Austin is challenging and I've noticed a bit more core strength in just a couple of weeks be prepared to sweat though.

Looooook. Its Desert hot springs and this is the onky gym in town. So there is that. It gets super busy in the afternoon/ eveni g and weekends seem to be less so and mornings are the best( just like other gyms). Okay my only real complaint is the fact that 3 of thr 6 tredmills are down and are usually taken up by people who like to walk... it fine everyone works out differently. The issue is because the location itself is such a small building with not really any multiples of any machine, when core machines like that are down it kinda sucks..BUT it is making me branch out with my cardio so, thats

I absolutely love this gym! Its such a fun time everytime I step in here. I come in every day for lunch for a great protein shake! I love the environment here they always have me laughing. Jake, alonna, gio and Richard are all really cool people! If you havent tried this gym I suggest trying it out.

I have a membership to a full amenity gym, but my gym didn't have any locations in this area during my vacation. The hotel recommended five star and they were spot on. This gym has everything, machines, free weights, cardio, workout rooms, juice bar, all of it. The floor is well maintained and clean and I was able to get excellent workouts in during vacation.
Follow up: I tried the purple people eater smoothie and it was a tasty post-workout cooldown/protein boost.

Fact: Pricing for the gym use to be rediculous.
Months later I checked back and they had a 5 dollars down and 29 a month, great deal BUT lost my driver's license. MONTH LATER the price went up. The manager lied and said, " I can't approve the old pricing because everyone is trying to join and work out". LOL it's over 100 degrees no one is rushing to sign up. Don't lie to potential customers.
