Customer service, technical expertise, and overall experience with Steve was top notch. I was broken down in the middle of a road trip and, after entrusting my rig to him, had to manage the job remotely and over the phone. Even with his full schedule, Steve answered the phone personally each time I called and took all the time necessary to make sure we had the details right and all my questions were answered. The whole job was hundreds less than other quotes and, even with a diesel swapped, non-standard rig that scared off other shops, I walked out with a full warranty. Straight out of the shop

I had the clutch on my 2017 Nissan replaced here and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Steve was awesome. He totally took care of everything. It was done fast and efficient, at an affordable price. He explained the procedure of the repair in detail and made me feel very comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. They did an amazing job. I will definitely have future repairs done here and recommend global auto repair to friends and family.

I came to check prices and the workers were so very incredibly rude. They are way more worried about towing my car than checking my car or giving me a price. Maybe if they spent time on customer service than focusing on giving people a hard time they would be less mean and grumpy...maybe make more money.

I highly recommend this place. Steve is awesome regarding customer service. He was very informative since the moment I told him about the issues I had with my car. He answered all my questions and provided me extra information. They worked on my car really fast. When other places told me that it would take two or three weeks for the repair.. here they made it in three days and for a really good price. Thanks for everything Steve!

Steve was so amazing! He explains everything and makes sure you are satisfied! We were told it would take a hour and it was under a hour! The waiting area is amazing! I recently received an estimate from Sun Auto for over $1500 to replace a transmission mount and the oil filter housing adapter. I took my car to Global Auto Repair and spoke to Steve. His estimate for the same repairs $725. Huge difference! I won’t take my car anywhere else from now on!
