Josh and Richard are always accommodating and willing to help out with our vehicles. Even on a super short notice. This time they were able to check our daughter's car who was visiting from out of town. We called and they were able to check the car that very day. They break down what needs to be done and the cost of everything, with explanations. Josh even drove my daughter all the way to Phoenix after she brought the car in.
They fixed the issues with the car within a couple days and now we have peace of mind that she can drive safely back to Texas!

A month after having my brakes fixed on my Ford F-150, I noticed they were feeling worse than before I had them fixed. I braced myself for an unpleasant discussion with Autovaun, as I have had to do with other shops when approaching them with problems.
To my complete pleasure, after inspecting the brakes, Richard informed me that they replaced defective brake pads and turned the rotors again. All this was covered by their warranty, and all without hassle! Thank you Autovaun for professionally warranting your parts and labor!

I have been going there for several years. They are the best. Went in again today for routine maintenance. They drove me home. They never gouge me. Got screwed here a few times as well as a friend, never again. They don't perform the services they bill you for and they just throw parts at it making for a huge bill. No real troubleshooting going on here. AVOID at all costs unless its just an oil change. they seemed to be reasonable and competent at that

I am beyond impressed by everything about my experience at Autovaun. Josh was honest, informative, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took care of an oil change, battery replacement and 45,000 mile service for my Audi -- I got in within a few hours of calling and the whole service was finished within three hours!

If I could give them a zero I would! My car left their shop basically the same as when I took it to them - not starting. Got it home and it simply would not start. I called them the next day and I have yet to hear back from the owner. Very disappointing! All I wanted was an apology and the $50 diagnostic fee refunded. They charged me for a battery, diagnostic fee and a belt $430. Not sure that is a fair price for the experience?

I've used Auto Vaun a couple times and each time I have been impressed. They tell you what is best for you not what is best for them. I needed a new battery and instead of telling me to buy one they told me it is still under my Honda warranty. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. My Civic has never ran better.
