Choosing a home inspector can be a difficult decision. The home inspection industry consists of individuals with different levels of experience, qualifications, equipment, and prices. About 12% of lung cancers and more than 20,000 Americans die of radon-related lung cancer each year. The Surgeon General of the United States has issued a Health Advisory warning Americans about the health risk from exposure to radon in indoor air.
WOW! Jim and his entire team did such an amazing job! I am thrilled we used their services. I cannot say enough great things about them. We have owned 5 homes and used many home inspectors, they are "head and shoulders" above the rest. The Top Notch team took care of everything for us and made an otherwise challenging and nerve wracking process seem like nothing. Excellent communication throughout as well which was most appreciated. Never once did I not get a timely call back or an email reply to a question - no matter how small. In addition, after the inspections, Top Notch took the time to go over all the reports with us in great detail, which was very helpful as we moved forward in the home buying process. Super professional

Amazing job! Our inspectors name was Carl, he was very thorough on everything. Took his time explaining and answering every question my husband and I had. As well took his time inspecting the home and wasn’t rushing for anything, that’s exactly what you want from an inspector since a house is such a huge decision. I definitely recommend.
As well Barbara the receptionist was very kind and polite and made sure to guide me on everything I had to do before the inspection. You don’t find people like this company anymore extremely professional. Definitely will be recommending them!

Barb from Top Notch gave me a detailed explanation about the inspection and what all it will cover. She kept in touch with me and was very flexible when our attorney review extended. Carl who was the inspector was so thorough and gave us recommendations throughout the inspection. He spent time checking every possible detail. The other folks who came to look at termite infestation and to check any abandoned tank were very thorough. The amazing part was that we got the termite report and tank scan report the same day of inspection. We received the full inspection report within 48 hours. The report
