Ask for the owner Mimi, she is amazing at Deluxe manicure and pedicures! She has excellent customer service, very friendly. Mimi tells you how important it is to keep your nail cleans and how to take care of your feet! Ask for the deluxe pedicure it feels amazing. You will leave the salon with soft baby feet! The hot stone treatment and massage feels amazing! Thank you Mimi, your the best!

I do not recommend. This was the worst pedicure I've ever received. The girl who massaged my feet and cleaned it did well but another one came and completely rushed me when it came to my regular polish. They insisted it was dry so we could leave. I wish they would've just said that they couldn't squeeze me in. This was literally 20 minutes after I left the salon.

Just got done at Heavenly Nail Spa after a long week at the hospital and staying at the Garden Inn next door. I am now a big fan of Mimi and her team. She helped with my pedicure to make sure it was perfect and then I literally had the best wax experience of my life haha. It was all virtually painless, and literally my underarms have never been this smooth in such a small amount of time (my hair growth is a little all over the place and most estheticians have major struggles; not Mimi! I've been coming here for the past few years and I can confirm that this spa is AMAZING!! The customer service is great, it's very easy to have conversation with the workers and I'm always satisfied after I leave. It's super easy to set up an appointment and when I arrive there's never a long wait! I've gone to several eyebrow threaders/waxers but this place is honestly the BEST! Service is terrible.The ladies are all pretty unprofessional, not careful and gave me bad attitude because of the previous guest.
But I did nothing wrong, they don’t need to make me feel uncomfortable when they are removing my gel.
They keep changing people who served me. It’s just too pricy for this level of service and quality.

I've been coming to see Mimi since June 2020 and am a fully committed customer. I get gel nails every 3 weeks and a regular pedicure every 6 weeks. She is consistent and the gel does. not. chip. Very thorough with all the steps of her application (additional cleaning around nails). $65 for both, $35 for gel nails.
Easy to schedule via text.
I have recommended many people and she always thanks me for recommending - and so do my friends.

Very pleased with the salon and Mimi's service. Small cute, clean salon located in Palo Alto. I went into to get a gel manicure but Mimi encouraged me try the dip powder. Very happy I did! Much more natural looking, thin coating, and very shinny. Mimi was also very professional in her work and patient.
The place is also very clean. I saw how they sanitized after a client left the pedicure chair and they do go pretty deep.
I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for her nail services.

Unparalleled services here! Had a mani/pedi date with 2 of my besties and we all agreed that we will just have to make the trek to Palo Alto for their services!
All of is got the long day at work mani/pedi combination and we all never felt so pampered in our life for mani/pedi girl date. Honestly if I could give 10 stars - I would. They have a clean and tidy spot with such lovely ladies - genuinely kind and willing to make your request happen.

They brought me in and seemed tentative enough, I was a walk In and they were empty... they started off great then more people came pouring in only 3 ladies working and 6 ladies walked in on top of me next thing I knew I was being rushed they hurried along with me... I was fond of the color I picked for my pedi and mentioned wanting to change it and she basically blew me off n said no it looks very nice telling me how expensive and rare the color was... other wise the pedi was okay but rushed... not worth the price.... my fill was good but again u can tell it was rushed ... for the price compared

It was my first time here, and I had an excellent experience. The employees/techs are very sweet, patient and not pushy at all. I was so happy to see several regulars come in for "the usual" -- that was such a good sign! Everything felt clean and tools were kept sanitary and fresh. Also a good sign!
I do recommend calling ahead for an appt just in case, but walking in seemed perfectly fine-- you may have to just wait several minutes for an available tech on a busy day.

I felt she did not honor the time I took to get there on time and the appointment I arrange ahead of time .. she noticed I was not getting fake nail , and she decided it was not worth her time to spend on me .. I did not like the fact she did not honor and respect my request as a client ..
For sure I will not be back if she think my money is not worthy than I am doing the same for her buisness ..
