All metal tools used for services are medically grade sanitized in an autoclave system that is used in the medical industry.

I found my new favorite nail spot :) Charisma salon was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment and instead of rushing through the appointment, they took their time and were extremely meticulous. I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman who did my nails, she was amazing! Now that I've seen her work, I don't ever want to go anywhere else. My nails are beautiful and I'm so happy with how they turned out! First time going to Charisma Salon, and I am overall satisfied with the excellent service and my French pedi. The man in the front accommodated me with no appt within 15 mins. I was seated right away, and was greeted with a hello from the lady doing my pedi. The lady did a great job with my pedi, was very precise with her French tip. I'm glad it turned out exactly how I asked. I appreciated how clean the facility was and the overall ambiance of the boutique. I have been going here for 10 years and I honestly feel like they are my extended family at this point! I will never (ever) go anywhere else and take everyone I know here. Their new location is beautiful and clean and they take their time ensuring their work is perfect every time. Bach & Duke are AMAZING at what they do but I've never been disappointed with anyone there. Please make them your new nail home, you will not regret it!!

This was my last time. I've been here around 5 times and each time I don't leave happy. It sucks that when you make an appointment online you can't select the service provider you prefer cause every time I've gone I've been stuck with someone who is extremely slow or doesn't really know what they are doing. Each time I've gone it's with someone (friend, family) and They're always done more than 30-45 min before me for the same service. One time I took a friend and they didn't grab the color she chose and when my friend told them the worker rolled

I have been trying to call The Santa Clara location for days. I would like my nails fixed but can’t get anyone on the phone. Chose to go there based on Menlo reputation. Can share photos of the issues I noticed the next morning. Very unhappy with how these came out. Been embarrassed since many other woman are referring me to better nail boutiques. Hope this gets someone’s attention and we can resolve soon.

Pedi by Bach and Mani by Tina. They both did an excellent job.
I've been to salons where they just get you in and out and then on to the next client, but these ladies at this salon clearly care and did their best to make sure their work looked super good. It looked like they triple checked to make sure everything looked perfect which I sincerely appreciate.
Mani/pedi is pricey, presumably given the location, but your money will be well spent given the attention to quality by the staff.

Charisma is an established nail salon on El Camino part of MP serving both wo/men, owned by a couple with diligent nail specialists.
This SIP has shut down some salons but Charisma has been in the same location for years & has a regular followings for nail care & hair cut.
I go there when other less-expensive salons, which are equally reliable, are not an option.
I finally go to have nails professionally cared in more than 4 months. Crazy time we live in, isn't it?!
I am reminded why I go there occasionally... The rate for basic mani is $25 which is on the high

This has been my go- to nail salon for 7 years now. I will not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, but not overly friendly. They always remember me and do exactly what I want, whether it's classic or a new invention. I constantly get compliments and people staring at my nails after a visit to Charisma! Highly recommended!

I have been coming to Charisma for 6 years now. I love getting pedicures and my nails done!!! The milk and honey pedicure is my favorite and I love the sparkly nails Duke just did for me today!!! All the ladies are great at massage and they keep it very professional and sweet!!!:). I’ve tried lots of Nail Salons and I always come back here:)

Traveling for business and needed a last minute manicure. They got me in promptly and took great care to do a great job. I even got advice on the different types of manicures and how to find a salon in my area that would take as much pride in their work as they clearly did. Salon is professionally appointed and pleasant!
