My coolant hose detached from the outlet. I was just next door at the QuikTrip when I assessed this. I called them and they said no problem, they could fix it. Limped the car over there. Guy said that the car would have to cool down to work on it. Cool down? The hose and outlet are at the front of the engine compartment. In the last four days, I've worked on it, even in short sleeves when the engine was hot. Not a big deal at all.

Thomas and his team were wonderful. My ac was out and I had taken it to brakemasters, and it just seemed like they were trying to rip me off. After getting a recommendation to come here, I felt understood, and low and behold my ac issue was fixed in just 3 hours, which was supposed to be an 8 hour job. I am so grateful to them for their great service and fair pricing.

Communication was great, they gave me a call prior to starting letting me know what to expect and approximate price and then commenced work. The other day while driving home from the store the car just went dead, right in the middle of the intersection. To make a long, and slightly scary, story short I took the car to Garrigans and they diagnosed something called a Cam/Crank Sensor failure. Who knew?!!? I was visiting in town and had to go up to Phoenix to pick up my wife that evening and not only did they fit me into their busy schedule, but they got the car fixed and back on the road in time to pick her up on time! I've never given a review on yelp until now. The manager here Thomas is very honest and helpful. It's been years since I've found an honest shop, most shops will take advantage of average people who are not mechanically inclined by over charging, using cheap parts, "negligent" improper diagnostics, or just plain terrible customer service.
Thomas helped me save hundreds of dollars and was honest about a very simple Ac fix that the actual dealership tried to turn into a complex/expensive job. I recommend anyone who wants quality "dealership" work at a decent price
