Our family just moved into our fantastic unit at the Reserve. Emily guided us and took great care of us and our two little girls from the first day we toured the building. We love our new home! The attention to detail, cleanliness, beauty, design, and even amazing smells of fresh coffee, hot chocolate, and spiced chestnut are so inviting and just enhance the already remarkable experience. Every detail is well-planned. We love it!

I moved in a few months ago and it is amazing. The building is so beautiful on the outside and inside; it has a lot of character. The perks of living here are great. Prime location downtown, but it is never too busy which is nice. The windows are gigantic, so a lot of natural light is able to come in. The rooftop deck might be the best part though. It is an amazing view of the city and riverfront! Thank you to Emily for being so nice and helpful during the application process!

My husband and I moved here a month ago and have been LOVING it! The location is great - within walking distance to all the hot spots downtown. The building is clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. Best management we've experienced from any apartment complex. The views from the rooftop terrace are beautiful! Highly recommend.

I lived at The Reserve for almost 4 years and would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone remotely interested. It's a beautiful building inside and out with some truly unique apartments. That said, the best feature of the building is the manager, Emily. She goes above and beyond anything you could ask for and was the main reason I chose this building. I definitely made the right choice. The only reason I left was to buy!

We’ve been living at the reserve for almost 1.5 years now - We absolutely love it! Location, management, amenities etc. Emily, the manager, is amazing - always available and makes everyone feel so welcome! The location is great, you can stroll down to the banks and short walk to OTR for any cute cafe or coffee shop stops. There’s a few parking garages that offer monthly discount to residents as well, and super convenient to the building. There’s even a monthly resident breakfast down in the lobby which we always love. The reserve is always hosting small events for the residents as well -

I love living at the Reserve !!! Everyone here is so welcoming ! Emily, the apartment manager is So helpful and warm as are all of the people here! Paul , the wonderful maintenance person , is always happy to help with whatever needs to be done! And my furniture looks so great here - it’s amazing !!!

When looking for places to live downtown, I stopped in at The Reserve and the building manager, Emily, was so helpful and one of the best! I’ve been living here a couple years now and can only express how GREAT it has been. From the staff, residents, amenities, location - all are exceptional.
The building is historically unique and the apartments have been renovated to contend in any “best of design” awards.

After only living here for a month, we love it at the Reserve. Emily is very helpful and hospitable with setting up many perks and events for residents. Maintenance is quick, friendly, and effective. The building is very unique - it used to be a bank so the construction is of high quality and they have kept a lot of its character and charm. Highly recommend for downtown Cincinnati!

I lived at the Reserve for four-plus years, and I greatly enjoyed living there. One of the things I appreciated the most was the responsiveness of the Reserve's management and maintenance staff. Anytime I had a problem with anything in my unit (which was rare), management and staff would have it addressed immediately. The residents who live at the… Reserve are also extremely friendly and pleasant, which makes the Reserve less of an apartment complex and more like a community. The apartments and community areas at the Reserve are also some of the nicest that downtown Cincinnati has to offer
