This company sent their rep to us who pushed us to open an account with them and purchase way more PRP kits than we needed. We explained to the rep that we do not see too many patients for the PRP procedure and do not need so many, but he assured us that should we have any problems or if the kits expire, we can get them replaced. Here we are almost 2 years later with 12 expired kits and receiving NO help from our new rep or customer service. Our new rep told us that we can just use the expired kits because it has only been a few months... How is it acceptable for a rep to say this? If something
