Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home. Grossmont Terrace is a pet-friendly community and asks all residents to follow pet rules in the lease agreement.
For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application. You may fill out the application online and print it. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand. After completion, bring the completed application to the rental office, fax it to (619) 465-3055, or email it to us.
Reusable containers and thermoses instead of plastic bags, juice boxes and prepackaged snacks. Bring your own utensils rather than using plastic-ware. Bring your own cup, mug or thermos to Starbucks and you will save 10 cents on your coffee. Cut back on paper towels by using old t-shirts, stained baby clothes and old cotton clothing to dust and clean.

I've been living here for going on nine years. The area is pretty peaceful, and pretty clean. Lot's of places of interest are close by. A fifteen minute walk can get you to a local bar, fast food, pool hall, Mediterranean market, Costco, Walmart, Target, two different Hospitals, Movie theater, and the trolley. Get to those places within two to three minutes in car. The apartments themselves are clean, the pool area is set up nicely, and the garbage area is in the off to the center of the complex. Easy for all to have access to. Neighbors all seem to be pretty quite except for the occasional birthday

I have finally moved out of the dump. I don't know how else to call the place that is infested with mice and have homeless people sleeping in the dumpster. The manager is horrible. All he cares about is money. I can't believe he insists that we have to pay for 15 days that we are not living there because we broke the lease. I don't think that that we did because first; we only signed the lease for half of the year and we lived there longer than a year. The lease was never renewed so I don't see how it was broken. Second, I have wrote him an email stating that we are moving out in a month.
