Lived there for a year. When we moved in the carpet smelled like cat pee in one of the smaller rooms. Not sure if they cleaned the carpets because of other stains upstairs. None of the windows even opened upstairs and one actually had to be replaced completely. They never came back to fix the 3rd. Within the year of us living there the stove and dishwasher had to be replaced. The washing machine was basically done by the time we left.
Moving out: I spent a good week cleaning the townhouse especially with Covid, making sure I sanitized all surfaces and even the floor trim. I cleaned it well because

This is a small locally-owned property management company with excellent customer service and great pricing. I lived there for two years with some roommates. Response to maintenance requests were always prompt and communication with the landlords was efficient. The landlords made everything very easy, pets were allowed, and move-in and move-out was easy. Highly recommend.

So, this covers the Whittington Commons location of Campus Cribs.
Let's start out with the staff. Heidi, the owner, is incredibly easy to get ahold of. You can text her, or you can send her an email, and she'll be back to you ASAP. The fact that you can know the owners name says a lot. I've lived at locations where I had no idea who worked the front desk, let alone who the owner was. On top of that, Tyler, the maintenance guy, and his team are fabulous. If you contact Heidi, maintenance will generally be there within 24 hours. They're a bunch of friendly guys, who really know
