Desserts by Corinna is dedicated to learning about and pioneering changes in the culinary world. Our family home located in Huntley, IL, had provided the ideal pop up bakeshop space. At only a few years public, we grew into one most loved local bakeries in the area. We operate out of beautiful commercial kitchen with state of the art equipment.
We have three kitchens that are licensed with the FDA, IDPH, and the USDA. We have a dedicated gluten free kitchen, a dedicated nut free kitchen, and our main hub; allowing us to provide traditional and allergen friendly desserts to all in a safe manner. Being located just north of Chicago and south of Wisconsin allows access to the best ingredients.

Uprising is a neighborhood cafe serving scratch-made desserts and bakery as well as fresh & healthy breakfast & lunch options. Uprising is the continuation of Desserts by Corinna, a catering dessert shop that specializes in organic from-scratch desserts and cakes made with locally sourced ingredients.

Corinna took care of every detail - from the cake design (I gave her idea of what I was looking for) which she curated just for this event-- to the specific flavors. My guests all complimented the cake -- both in the elegant design, but MOST importantly, the taste! Such a beautifully designed cake for a special occasion, and the flavors were amazing.
