I lived here for 2 years and loved it. The only reason I moved out was because I no longer wanted to live on the third floor and wanted more space. I only called for maintenance maybe 3 or 4 times my entire two years of living there and they were very minor issues. The office would tell me that maintenance would be there within a day and he usually showed within an hour. The rent is reasonable for the space, the grounds are kept up, and the staff is very friendly. It was also pretty quiet where I lived. They gave plenty of notice for routine maintenance checks. If I had any areas of improvement

Well for starters noting gets replaced. Its all patch work and bandaids. I had 5 screws holding up a drawer in the kitchen because they felt the no need to just replace the plastic bracket. The kitchen hallway and bedroom closet doors come of several times a week. The A/C went out 3 times in a few and they just continued to replace the fuse. Clearly not the issue. by the way it was 86 degrees.
I told maintenance about it and was told to deal with it for the night and not my problem. The office was who i needed to talk to. Really? Oh and i have a big hole in the wall where they replaced my thermostat

Updated in 2020 to include: Moving out this week and I will miss living here. The staff are amazing people, and the maintenance staff are great as well. If you're looking for a great and homey place to live, this complex is exactly what you are looking for. I've lived here for a total of 3.5 years, and loved it.

Cedar Trails is a nice, clean, and safe place to live. The staff are great and more than accommodating. I had unforeseen circumstances come up and the staff and management were able to work with me on the lease on more than one occasion. The maintenance is also very nice and personable, if there’s an issue (which was very little) maintenance are quick to fix it.

Lived here for 4 years. My building was extremely noisy and the top step very hard to climb with back and leg issues. I have had someone in my apartment because I would come home and my door had been unlocked. My upstairs neighbor and I also had recent break ins in our apartment. Very happy to be moving out of here.

I am a college student that has lived at Cedar Trails for 2 years. The first year I lived in a two bedroom with a roommate and the second year I got a one bedroom. Both units were in excellent condition. I'll be leaving this summer as I'll be graduating and my job will be taking me elsewhere; however, I can honestly say that my time at Cedar Trails has been very enjoyable. The value is great, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff, both maintenance and office, are incredibly nice and personable. I would highly recommend contacting the office staff for a tour if you're looking for a place
