The washer / dryer hookup is a great convenience. Every maintenance request is handled within hours, done right the first time, and without any inconvenience to me. Packages are held safely in a room that I can access with the same key fob that I use for the pool and exercise room. Landscaping is well-done year-round, including snow removal. The staff is always professional, courteous, and friendly. I love my garage, particularly when their is frost or snow. Basically, everything is as near to perfect as anything can be in this world. I've lived here going on fourteen years, and I have no plans

These Are Great Apartments In A Great Area, Very Nice Workout Room, Entire Apartment Is Very Spacious. We We’re Excited To Have A Fireplace In Our Living Room! The Staff Is Great!! I’d Like To Give A Personal Shout Out To Miss Terri She Was Very Easy To Contact When We Had Questions. She Went Above And Beyond Through Our Process Of Becoming A Resident Here ! My son and I lived there almost 3 years. For the most part, it was a good experience. However, when we moved out, they deducted $500 from the deposit due to wear and tear of the carpet.. Mind you...3 years. Also during a pandemic, where one of us was forced to work from home for over a year. We never missed a rent payment. I think it was unfair.

I have been living in Fieldstone for approaching one year and I can say, without a doubt, that Terri in the front office has been a key component as to why it has been a pleasurable experience.
She always greets you with a warm welcome and true sincerity when you are having any concerns or issues.

I love living here. Management is super responsive and the maintenance team work hard to keep the place looking great and show up quickly to fix any problems you might have. The pool is nice in the summer and kept very clean. Finally, Glenwood Gardens is nextdoor and accessable via a footpath behind the apartments. The area is very safe although I do hear coyotes in the distance at night and there are hawks living in the park so be careful with small pets.
10/10 would only move away to buy a house.

If you are a person who actually reads your contracts and protects yourself from being taken advantage of, they will avoid renting to you. Where do I even start?
The renovated apartments are very nice. But don't let that fool you. The property manager is extremely unpleasant and will avoid dealing with things directly. In the beginning
