I’ve lived here for a year now and must say I love living here. The complex is pretty new and inside the apartment is modern. The area is quiet even though next to the road, people who live here are respectful and friendly including the staff.. when I first moved in I was going to the office everyday and they were so kind in helping me!

This is a very nice property! However since COVID there’s virtually no one here. I haven’t seen or spoken to management in I don’t know how long. We just got hammered by Sally and not one person from management has reached out at all. I remember working at Kings Mill Apartments and as soon as I could we’re we’re on top of buildings and just being with our residents to clean up. We cooked, cleaned, patched roofs and did all we could for our residents! Now with mass texting the management hasn’t even reached out to say hey we’re praying for you but we’re safe at home or whatever.

If I wasn’t moving out of town I would stay at this apartment for a long long time. They are as pet friendly as you can get! Our two large breed dogs love it here. They take amazing care of the property & everyone you come across is so kind. Work orders get taken care of in an extremely timely fashion. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with any sort of housing situation.
