I went in there with really bad abdominal pain, got told I was COVID positive and had pancreatitis. They stop giving me fluid w my iv and only gave me ONE PAIN SHOT. And never checked in on me. I had to leave because legit I was in pain and dehydrated and was left alone for 5 hours or more. And they put me in a room with another patient who apparently was COVID positive and a MAN, when I told the nurse I was very uncomfortable sharing with a man, she was nice but told me that’s all they had.

I must say this is the best emergency care I've ever been to in life. I would highly recommend this hospital. It is a home away from home. The staff is awesome and they tend to you with urgency. The ONLY hospital I know that gets you checked in, in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and always checking in with updates.
I would like to shout out Nurse Christina for always being patient and kind and treating me like family. Your highly appreciated and I hope the Lord blesses you in many ways.

Dr.Farukhi is so kind and so smart he had so many specialists help me to try to figure out what's wrong!! We do have yet to find out waiting for some results but I can't say enough good things about him, as well the nurses Ann and Sam, Michelle, Heidi who took my blood even her heart and concern for me so genuine.....everyone in the er as well....before I got admitted they were all great and so kind and were on top of it sincerely. It is a smaller hospital some tests

Poor service to be doctors. They did more joking around than work. My bed was facing the wall not the door and my nurse seemed to be new with no guidance whatsoever. They didn't check on me ONE time and I was there 4 hours. I've never been to a hospital like this. The doc was very nonchalant with little care for me. I'm pregnant and assumed it would be better care. I was asked why I was there several times after I explained it over and over again. I will say the doc who did my ultrasound was beyond excellent. He checked in with me several times and made sure I was comfortable. I

Came in with a fever, cough and EAR ache and SINUS pressure. Dr. Garcia asked me if I had been vaccinated I told her no I had Covid a while back it's my ear that's hurting me and I'm prone to sinus infection due to a deviated septum. She did not check my nose she only checked my ear said there was fluid and didn't prescribe me antibiotics rudely walked away while I was asking her a question. All she was concerned about if I was vaccinated and that I should be, not once did she ever have a concern over my sinus issue causing inflammation that may need antibiotics. She has a BAD

Took my daughter to visit her grandmother and just because of COVID we check visitation rules and as of August 11 the website says "Two visitors 16 years or older from same household allowed at one time (other visitors may wait on our garden patio) and children are not allowed in ICU" I'm like okay great my daughter is 17. We get there and we check in with this rude security guard, chubby, short, yellow mask he gets our vaccination cards and asks for my daughters age she says she's 17 and he's like she need to be 18, no sir here on the website where it says updated visitor

Kaiser referred me to Foothill and I was very skeptical. . . Once I got here the staff made me feel vary safe and comfortable. Michelle was Zafirah's assistant nurse today, she was vary clean and went out of her way every time she came in the door. She also made me laugh and kept turning my day around for the better. Needless to say I had a great visit thanks to these two ladies.

I went in for a really bad Abdominal pain couple days ago and I want to say as soon as I went into the ER, and was taken to a room I knew I was in great hands.
I was good taken care of at the ER. After being transferred to a room because I did get admitted , I got very great nurses who were very helpful at all times and on top of my care. I star them a 5 because they’re service and hospitality was great.

UPDATE:
Alta just came in my room and tried to act sweet. She said she had an emergency last time she saw me and had to run. I said she should have told me that. She rudely insisted she told me there was an emergency to my face. Blatant lie!
Nurse David (tall Asian guy) is the worst nurse ever. Rude. No empathy.
Alta came and asked me what was wrong and completely ignored my complaints. I hate this hospital. I will never be back here.
Altas response here proves she doesn't listen nor care. Did she even address the cockroach right above my head? What a joke
There was blood left untouched

Because I absolutely love going to foothill regional because all of their emergency department and hospital department is absolutely over and beyond. I had a good interaction with Jenny KY she was a nurse over there and she did over and beyond the call of duty. I was just at the hospital on August 28/29. She made me stay even though I wanted to go she was fabulous with being on point with giving me information about my case or pills right on time. She didn't treat me as a patient she treated me as a friend. Thank you so much I really appreciate you Jenny.

Alta doesn’t listen to complaints and tries to play games to lessen the impact of your complaint.
There is a huge cockroach right above my bed in the light fixture. I notified her of this and she told me she doesn’t do that then changed the subject.
Her nurse named David and a doctor sent me home with necrotizing pancreatitis. I could have DIED and am still getting absolutely no compassion.
Stay away from here at all costs.

The emergency room here is so incredibly bad! The nurse didn't place the IV correctly then decided to slam down a saline plunger really fast to "clear my veins" which blew up my arm with a giant bubble of saline fluid which hurts quite a lot. The main ER doc is so old (85? 90?) he could barely comprehend what was going on and who he was speaking to and then he ordered the wrong meds, and wasn't wearing a mask to cover up his coughing. The front office tried to charge me the wrong amount as a copay right when I arrived. This whole place is so incompetent. Stay far away from this

Yesterday, 06/16/2021 I visited my best friend who is hospitalized here. I was greeted by their security team and asked to show my ID. I pulled it out of my wallet and they told me thy will hold on to it until I am done with the visit. then i realized they are holding in their little organizer visitor's ID's or credit card if they dont have one. I asked politely why would they hold on to it? first of all they are not Government officials to have the authority to do that. In this pandemic I wasn't even comfortable having them touch it, let alone hold on to it.I asked if this is necessary or can

I was transferred here to have surgery on three broken bones, front desk offered to re do my x rays I already had done at Hoag. I had my surgery schedule the next morning but since I requested to have my X-rays redone again around 8am instead of 5:30am as suggested by the Dr(that was coming in at 6:30am) - this turned into them having me do an outpatient with him a week from the original surgery date. Front desk(connie) was rude even down to getting a prescription done to hold me down till when they schedule my surgery. Cvs let me know that they didn't fill out the prescription in a legal

Was around the corner from Foothill Regional and my 8 year old was just not feeling well with cough, cold and fever. Given these scary symptoms I took a chance and brought her in and what a surprise. From entering the ER and getting discharge our experience exceeded my expectations as a mother and an healthcare worker.
The admitting clerk was pleasant and helpful. We were then triaged and brought in by nurse Yong who was very kind and spoke with my daughter with respect. She addressed me and my daughter as equals. She was knowledgeable and had awesome bedside manner. We then got to meet

This is the most green medical center that I have been to. Every corner is clean and full of plants. I helps the medical center look more relaxing and ease the pain for the patients. I was here for my pediatric treatment, not a major issue but other departments can be way more stressful. I love that they have seats everywhere for the patients. The indoor plants refresh and release oxygen for the lobby. Every designs are for the patients. Good place.

My dad was admitted here for couple days and for the most part everything was excellent. Special shout out to Giovanni and Maggie at the Case Mgr department. They ensured all the referrals were in-place and also helped us call the doctors to bring the appts earlier.
Dr. Boutros was the worse. He would not call the family to update us. As you know we were not allowed inside, the least we expected was to be informed and Dr. Boutros failed.
Gets a 3 because of Dr. Boutros

Just had my second surgery here and I have zero complaints about this place. The check in process was quick and a nurse came to get me shortly afterwards.
You're led to the back prep room where you change into a gown and fluids are administered. The prep nurses are great! The Asian one, I wish I remembered her name, remembered me from my first surgery 7 months ago. You're asked a lot of questions while you wait for your doctor to arrive.
Doc arrives, goes over your surgery with you, and you're about 15 minutes out. An operating room nurse wheels you into the surgery room. Everything
