This is probably the worst place their answering machine is off , they're always out for lunch at Ant time so I'm assuming they're machine is broken . My dad is has been trying to get help or an appointment when we went there they don't seem to care they're answering machine. Is broken the girls just smiled and said we will check on it .ugh I hate that my dad's doctor keeps sending him here trust me this place is really bad and the staff is worst .

After calling them for weeks and finally getting an appointment finally came here and I had no other choice because my primary doctor referred me here! Had to wait more than an hour from my original appointment time and when I went in the restroom to do an urine test I realized there isn't any toilet seat covers, and when I asked one of the staff, they said they don't have any. And no soap to wash my hands after I was done. Overall very poor experience and do not recommend anyone coming here, this is my second time here because the first time I came, instead of getting a surgery done, the doctor

Very unprofessional staff, making the appointment was extremely difficult as they were not consistent or focused at all. After the appointment they supposed to follow up, which they never did. I keep calling them for 3 weeks now, leaving messages and they just donāt get back to me regarding my sonās surgery scheduling. What a mess!

This place seriously needs to change their phone line or operation because they're losing so much patients due to it. I've been trying to call almost EVERYDAY now for the past week. Each time I call, I am left with no one answering the phone. What's even more insane is that the employees know about this, but still hasn't done anything to change it. I also left voice messages but no one would ever get back to me. Another reason for the low rating is because of how hard it is to get an appointment here! IT TOOK ME 2.5 MONTHS TO FINALLY SEE A DOCTOR HERE. The appointments are so backed up that it

Is this place a joke? No matter what day or time you call they donāt pick up. They must be out of business. Shame as some of the doctors seem to be good. Basics of a business seems to be missing. My insurance is wasting my time with this place and I hope I donāt loose my kidney by the time I figure it out.

I first called at 1 pm after lunch, at 3 pm I still hear the message there out to lunch.
Update: I went in for my appointment and was suppose to talk to the surgery consultant but never saw her, and my doctor is rude and never answers any of my questions.
EDIT: Still having issues and looking for new doctor, this place is a fing joke.

I can see that the team of Doctors have great reviews. However, Iāve been calling for 3 days now and the one time they picked up, I was told that āthe staff has closed the office for lunch and will be back at 2pm.ā This was at 12:40pm. Is there a reason why a lunch break should be an hour and 30 minutes? I canāt seem to get a hold of anyone and really hope changes are made.

Is this clinic on business or not?
My primary doctor referred here for kidney stone so i called here so many times frm Monday.Nobody get the phone at the opening time,after lunch and the other time as well.
Especially nobody call me back even if i left voice messages many times.
