Words are completely inadequate to express our gratitude to you all for the care and kindness that you show to my dad. They are greedy! They ordered a lot of blood work withouth my authorization or bother to let me know the extensive blood work they were going to order and I later received a $500 bill from a laboratory.
The front desk or gals that answer the calls have bad customer service and often make mistakes. I had a phone appointment they made me wait for 15-20 minutes then another one answers and did not know if I had been helped yet, puts me on hold again.
Then another one answers and asked me the same questions it was horrible! They should know when what they call their patients for or some type of system
