The phone representatives are extremely rude and need to be fired/retrained. I got hung up on and then when I tried calling back several times she kept hanging up and would not take my call.
She hung up when I got upset that she kept interrupting me. She was rude right from the start of the call.
The fact that the employees for a medical center treat patients like this is absurd. I called at 4:40pm on 01/04/22.

SUITE 107 Urgent Care: if I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk staff are the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure to interact with. I also had to wait 2 hours and because they kept taking in patients that got there after me. The nurse or doctor that saw me was also so RUDE. NEVER AGAIN. DONT GO.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The worst doctor's office I've been to in my life. They do not care about you or your health. I have worsening symptoms of onset vertigo (seems serious enough, right?) and the office didn't request an MRI or anything similar when I went in, just an ophthalmologist. I called right when they opened the next day asking if they could request an MRI and ENT, as my symptoms were getting worse. Well, after a whole day, the doctor requested the MRI but FORGOT to request the ENT. I had to keep calling and waiting until he finally begrudgingly requested the ENT. I still

I understand that right now are trying times. I work in customer service at an animal hospital myself with very trying entitled people but I always do my best to make sure the client leaves feeling like they were helped at the VERY least. The phone customer service was awful. I was calling back to get some information I was waiting for a couple of hours to receive in order for me to go back to work and keep afloat. I called back a couple of SECONDS after the missed call and the woman in reception hung up on me three times with a terrible attitude saying they’re closed. The next woman I believe
