Management is a joke. Don’t ever complain about the care of your loved one because they’ll find a way to evict you. They lie about conversations they supposedly had with you but didn’t. Danielle the head nurse I think she is I wouldn’t let her take care of my dog. She’s a joke.

Most of the staff are caring individuals, the administrative, communication, and nursing coordination is lacking proper flow to adequately address residents and families needs.

We just moved my mother out of there. She is in a nursing home trying to gain some weight and strength. She was there nine months and lost over 20lbs. The food was horrible! Her toilet was broken and never fixed. Assisted Living side has a different menu than the Memory Care side. While moving my mom's things out today I overheard an aide speaking rather harshly to a woman resident. Staff and aides are under trained and overworked. I realize it takes a lot to care for dementia and elderly people, but they are all deserving of dignity and respect. A good owner would equip their staff to excel in

My mother was a resident at Eden Fields. From the first meeting the entire staff were wonderful. Mom's care was excellent. Our family would drop in to see mom often and we never had a problem. Mom told everyone how much she enjoyed living there. We found that all the employees were kind and helpful. I would recommend Eden Fields to anyone.

My Grandmother was unsure about living in Assisited Living, but once at Eden Fields she loved it and referred to it as her "home". The activities are excellent, and staff is very loving! I would highly recommend Eden Fields to everyone!

Speaking with Mr Johnson tonight. His mother was there. She loved the place. He told his children when they need someone to take care of him... That's where he wants to go.
