The location and space were nice and allowed our family of 4 adults to stay comfortably. Having stayed at either hotels or lovely, thoughtfully stocked Airbnbs for the past 3-4 years, however, I was quite disappointed in this condo stay. So much maintenance needed. The downstairs shower didn't work at all, the microwave did not work at all, the pathway lights to the front door were broken and just lying there, several of the window mechanisms were broken, the office was closed at 9:30 am despite saying it being listed open hours,

We have stayed at both of the Hartzog family’s locations now (Woodlands and Riverwood) and they are both outstanding facilities. The accommodations are beautiful, the scenery and Fall River at our doorstep, of course, are incomparable, and the employees are helpful and conscientious. We couldn’t ask for a better experience; we will be back!! Thank you Jesse and Jason for everything.

We absolutely loved staying here! There was a non-contact check-in and check-out. Our condo was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The beds were not the most comfortable, but nothing to overly complain about. There were old cigarettes in a bowl in the deck and the grill was covered in cheese inside, but besides that everything was perfectly clean. there are tons of dishes and utensils available, so you are able to cook instead of eating out for every meal. We only regretted that we did not make a crock pot recipe while we were out hiking. The views are amazing, the people I encountered that

We have been coming here for almost 15 years and it has always been a very nice get away. After the ownership changed it has gone down hill a bit. The condos are still fairly nice but not as well kept as they used to be. I recently stayed here and my condo smelled of fried food and was not as well prepared as usual. Overall this is a very nice place to stay but some things need improvement.
