Long Review but worth the read: Stay Clear of this Dentist!!
My experience here was absolutely terrible. Like most people I look up a business and see there reviews and ratings. I wish I would have known this dental office was rated so high because they give out 10$ gift cards if you give a 5 stars review. So really they are just paying to be rated so highly.
But, regardless of that situation I went in for a cleaning the hygienist was very nice. The dentist Dr. Rudolph seemed nice just not very personable. Cleaning went well but they saw a problem in my X-ray that made them think I had an abscess

Beware!
This dentist paid customers 10$ Amazon gift card for writing a review in the lobby prior to service. Thankfully I didn’t fall for it because it was a complete nightmare experience here!
Me and my fiancé both had appointments the same day! Her experience is also in the reviews under Megan Green. Please go read hers as well.
We are both professionals and both work in high earning positions for multi billion dollar companies. I say that to say this….at no point in either of our situations were we hurting for money or in need of some kind of handout. These were just poorly handled customer

I had fantastic service today by Dr. Rudolph. I went into the Greentree office for a cleaning and also for some tooth pain which ended up me getting my tooth pulled. My entire interaction with Dr. Rudolph was amazing. During the numbing phase she was very gentle and precise I didn’t even realize she had placed a needle in my mouth. Then the tooth extraction was so quick and easy and pain free. That was probably the best experience I had at the dentist for an extraction. Dr. Rudolph was very professional, attentive and caring. Fantastic job to the entire Greentree staff!!!!

Very nice employees very friendly but had my teeth out purchased the best dentures they sold but have never been able to use the bottoms
Its been about 10 months.Have not been able to do anything for me except the only thing l can do is spend another 10,000 dollars for implants which l don't have and should told this up front. So now l can't eat nothing but soft food. So just make sure you ask all the correct questions and get all the correct answers.

After getting scheduled and receiving multiple reminders to attend my dental appointment at Three Rivers Dental Greentree, I take time out of my work day to attend my appointment. Once I get there, complete the additional paperwork, and wait 15 minutes, I'm told that my insurance is no longer accepted, but that I can pay cash if I'd like to. Apparently, my time is worth nothing to this office of Three Rivers Dental. A simple courtesy call or text message informing that that they no longer accepted my insurance would have been the decent thing to do. After all, they certainly take the time and effort
