I had a cracked windshield and was sent to Columbia River auto glass by state farm. I was contacted by Tricia very quickly and was scheduled to come in that same day. I dropped my car off and it was finished about an hour later! I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the staff. I was expecting my vehicle the next day but was able to get it the same day. After the service was complete they were cool enough to have a fun conversation about my work and invited me to stop by and see them anytime I was around. The front desk is down to earth and very helpful! I needed a $700 windshield replaced and Trisha was on it very fast and efficiently. She found exactly what I needed and gave me a quote. And before paying she talked me into asking my Insurance if it’s covered first and she ended up saving me around $600. Thank you very much Trisha. I highly recommend using Columbia River Auto Glass.

Due to the cold weather they wewe unable to come to my home to install the windshield. They were very close to my house so I was able to drive over and leave my vehicle. They pulled it inside and took excellent care of it. My windshield is perfect. It was a quick process and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you very much for taking such good care of my car.

Daughter had a convertible top that was leaking in rain storms. Took the car to a local auto repair for an estimate. The auto repair shop took almost a week to diagnose and the estimate was around $1,200. Since the leak was where the top meets the windshield we decided to see if a Auto Glass place could give an estimate. Columbia Auto Glass diagnosed it in about 10 minutes. Researched the part availability and cost. Columbia Auto Glass concluded that the actual installation of the part would be better handled by a auto body shop since the part was a seal on the frame rather than glass. They referred
