I had to get my windshield replaced on my subaru outback with eyesight. The crack was almost 10 + inches long and could not repaired and was in front of the eyesight camera.
Kai at Collision auto glass scheduled me in right away. I requested for OEM glass since i did not want to take any chances and was able to get it replaced on the next day. Kai was very professional and also explained to me the process of filing a claim with my insurance after getting it done. I was very happy that i could get it replaced quickly. I would highly recommend collision auto glass for their excellent customer service

My car recently got broken into, had to work with my insurance to find a place to fix it! I was first recommended another place but wouldn't be able to get me in until the end of the month. Looked through Yelp and found this gem! They covered my insurance, got me in the same day I called, took about 30 minutes to fix and they cleaned all the broken glass! You guys did lovely. Customer service from Kai was great. Kai was very kind, professional and answered all my questions.

Found them just searching for auto glass repair near me. After going thru several shops that either couldn't do the type of repair I needed or started out quoting outrageous amounts I called their shop. Extremely friendly & helpful they were not only able to give me options over the phone, but also set up an appoitment same day for diagnostic. Turned out my issue was an easier fix than what was estimated. 100% would recommend them, even if you are unsure with the issue they'll be able to point you in the right direction.

We were visiting from San Francisco and unfortunately had a star crack, soon later becoming a 20 inch long line crack. They couldn't fix nor replace my Tesla windshield due to the certification issue going on commonly between shops and Tesla. The staff explained thoroughly and made me not to worry too much during another 650 mil trip back home.
They are professional and trust worthy even tho we had only 5 minutes conversation. Will highly recommend my friends in Portland area for sure!

I went to Collision Auto Glass at the recommendation of a local LandCruiser specialty shop. I had a new windshield and a new gasket that had been previously installed by another shop and came with a new leak. They were able to set an appointment quickly and reseal the windshield using the Field Service Manual recommended procedures. In under two hours, the windshield was resealed and ready for pickup. I've since driven in heavy wind and rain and have had no leaks since their service. Thank you!

Great customer service and amazing pricing. I found them after Safelite was going to charge me $10 under my insurance deductible for a windshield replacement. Collision Auto Glass has an aftermarket option for almost have the price. The install was quick and looks great. Will certainly come back for any auto glass needs

I had a rapidly growing crack in the windshield of my BRAND NEW CAR thanks to a rock that got kicked up by a big rig in Boise while I was on a cross country roadtrip in July. I needed it replaced ASAP as I was going to be back on the road a few days after I arrived in the area.
Now, i had owned this fancy German import for only about four months, and it had fewer than 15,000 miles on it, so there was no way I was going with generic aftermarket glass. Luckily , the guys at Collision completely understood

Today was my second service with Collision Auto Glass and I won't go anywhere else. As a preferred provider with Farmers, they fixed my rock chip inhouse in literally 15 minutes for nothing out of pocket. Customer service is top notch as others have stated in their reviews. They replaced my entire windshield about a month ago (it's what happens when you drive in the country following gravel trucks). For that service, they came to our house and replaced the glass via mobile service for no extra charge, $100 glass deductible through Farmers. It took about an hour, the tech was super friendly

Professional, efficient, conscientious, skilled, staff completed an expert install of our windshield in a new $190k custom Airstream - Mercedes van.
There's a lot of technology is this windshield - including a layer of wire throughout the entire windshield for de-icing. Plus all of the cameras which required calibration after windshield install.
Brad and his group did everything they could to complete their work as efficiently as possible. If only Wilsonville Mercedes matched Brad's team in terms of skill and professionalism - then I'd call my seven hour

Anyone that follows my reviews knows how much importance I place on service. So much so that I will literally drive out of my way for better service than a similar business who's service level doesn't measure up.
