My family and I have been staying in these apartments for a couple years now, ever since we got new management. There has definitely been a big improvement on not just the inside of the apartments, but the outside as well. Big Thank you to Dan and the other staff for helping make our area a better place to stay at. Our family is more than happy now with all the new help. They have definitely kept busy trying to accommodate all of our needs and stay. If you're looking for a nice area for you and your children. Honestly, the BEST experience I've had so far at any apartment I've been to. Dan, who is the Manager at this location was incredibly thorough, kind and made us feel right at home! We have experienced A LOT of rude apartment managers through this process and meeting Dan really made this whole experience easier for us. Thank you Dan for being awesome!!!

My wife and I lived at Eastwood apartments for one and one half years. We recently moved because we bought a condominium. During the time we were there the maintenance manager
Ray Berlanga took care of our every need whenever we put in a work order. Ray cares about the residents always pleasant and professional. I often saw Ray around the apartments with his toolbelt around his waist , very efficient as he greater residents. I am a Facilities Specialist for a large company in Anaheim so I am very familiar with how challenging it can be to perform facilities maintenance. Eastwood Apartments

I had the opportunity to take a tour with Christopher and he was a delight. He was very informative. He was also very patient with us when we asked A LOT of questions.
I can tell he genuinely wants to build a good relationship with future tenants. This is very important to us as we've run into bad luck with leasing agents/apartment managers in the past.
Unfortunately, we decided to go elsewhere due to a closer option from work... but if I had to choose solely based off the tours I've gone to, I would definitely go here because of my experience with Christopher.

I lived here from April 2016 to Jan 2018. Management and maintenance was very friendly and professional. If you have more than one car, parking can be very hard to find after about 6pm for the car that doesn't have an assigned parking spot. At the time that I was there, I did have to deal with cigarette smoke from neighbors coming into my apartment all hours of the night in both units I was in if I wanted to have my windows open. If those issues are not deal breakers for you, I do recommend this complex.

Just moved out last week after being residents for a little over 2 years. Our family expanded and work caused us to relocate or else we'd still be at Eastwood! For the price and size of our 1 bedroom it was great. The office staff and maintenance were always friendly with us and took care of any concerns we had. We kept to ourselves and were always homebodies so we never really had any issues. This was our second apartment and was definitely an upgrade from our first. My favorite part was the open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. Thank you for everything Rosy! You guys were awesome..anddd

It's kind of sad reading the bad reviews on here when it is NOTHING like what they say or claim this place to be. The people who are writing the bad reviews are either the tenants who has gotten bitter because they got caught at doing something and was given a warning or this was their first time living on their own and still understanding the life of responsibilities.

I have read some negative reviews and find these are not accurate or fair assessments of this property! Usually, these are written by tenants who are problems and want to lash out. I can say with 100% accuracy that this property is very well managed. Rosy, Ray and the rest of the staff are very respectful and care very much about how this property is run and maintained. Do not let some "sour grapes" reviews make you think twice about living there. It is a lovely property with nice amenities. The apartments may be older but they are kept up and spacious. It is freeway close to 91 / 57

Moving here was a horrible decision. The place looks great during the day but at night it's not safe and there's a lot of shady people walking around the street and the complex. I've seen people arrested out front, 3 cop cars hanging out by the gate, and even an undercover hanging out in front this evening. Numerous people's cars got broken into in the short time I've been here. The amount of cops that park out font has significantly increased within the past two months. I'm almost tempted to ask them if this complex is bad news and if there's something serious
