It’s located in the house. I went there to replace my iphone 11 pro max. Paid $200 for a new screen, when it’s time to pick up my phone the screen that they replace is looks dim and black. I totally understand because it’s not original screen anymore. After 10hrs.I noticed my phone started cracking and some pieces got pop op. The person won’t replace the screen, and he wanted me to pay another $150 for another new screen. It’s ripping me off or a scam. I can’t even return my item to be fix cause asking another $ extra to get it fix. They have 1yr warranty but crack screen is not included

The man who worked on my phone was very patient, kind, and intelligent. he took the time to make sure i understood everything. He was able to replace my broken screen for at least $20 less than the stores nearby.
He was very professional and courteous, responding quickly to my phone calls and keeping me informed about the status of my screen order. From now on this is where i'll go to get my phones repaired. The receipt i was given says the screen comes with a one year warranty. I am 100% satisfied with this business and highly recommend it to everyone.

My son’s iPad went completely unresponsive after falling asleep with it. He put a new screen on it and cleaned it up to look as good as new. And at a fraction of the price Apple would charge. Will be bringing all my products here in the future. 10/10

Although it wasn’t a store, this shop is AMAZING. A super sweet man helped my Grandmother when US Cellular wouldn’t do a thing! Fixed the crack and everything within two days, just like he said, and was super sweet and kind to us. He is an amazing person, and I will gladly go back to him if anything needs fixin in the phone world!

I've got a shattered screen on my iPhone 5s, I walked in to get it repaired. First off the employee wasn't very friendly. Also it costs $100 and takes "2 maybe 3 hours"
The mall which is located right behind this phone geek place has a kiosk only charging $89. Only $11 less. But a wait time of only 15/20 minutes before its complete.

I wish I could give a better review. I had tthe charging port on my Galaxy SIII go back, I went in asked to have it repaired, the man worming said "we can't fix it today you'll have to bring it back tomorrow OR we can sell you this external charger for $25" when I explained I was on call for work and couldn't leave my phone off it was an "oh well attitude." So I go back on Monday again the same "oh we dnt have anyone here that can fix it today" so after a week I finally got my phone in and repaired (after a 2.5 hour wait)
