Friendly staff. Giving two stars instead of higher because I had to come back to have the phone fixed again for issues they caused when replacing the screen. Wireless charging was not plugged back in and the finger prints left on the camera lens under the glass. They tried to clean the prints off the lenses but it is still smudged and causing poor pictures.

Still the greatest after two years
My iPhone 6 battery died figured I would be getting a new phone (not what I wanted to do)
But the guys a the cell phone hospital slapped a new battery in it (took about a hour) & didn’t cost me a arm and a leg. I bought the phone there about two years ago and when I need a new one they’ll be my first stop

They fixed it in less than a hour

I definitely advise going somewhere else to get your phone fixed. They kept my phone for two weeks! When I got it back, my screen protector had been removed and my screen had been visibly cracked in a few places. They said that this was normal and expected to happen when they remove my screen protector (but I’ve never heard of such a thing). When I persisted in questioning about the broken screen, they said they could give me another screen protector (as if they were really doing me a favor).
